In addition to serving on the leadership team for multiple organizations throughout her career, she also used her entrepreneurial skills to start and run a boutique marketing firm. 

Her enthusiasm and passion for helping people explore their creativity both personally and professionally make her a sought-after speaker, trainer, and executive coach. She leverages her knowledge and experience in personal development and company culture to help people live more fulfilling lives. Kate is the author of Do What You Love: A Guide to Living Your Creative Life Without Leaving Your Job. She is the host of two podcasts: Lead With Culture and Create For No Reason. 
Tony Ferraro has over 25 years of leadership experience in both the educational and business arenas. This experience has played a pivotal role in becoming a sought- after Executive Coach and trusted confidant to several influential CEOs across the country.

In addition to working one on one with executive clients, Tony is a
highly requested keynote speaker and as the Director of Coaching, oversees the training of all new Floyd coaches.

In 2016 Tony joined Matthew Kelly’s Floyd Consulting and
immediately helped refine the Dream Manager Certification process for Floyd which has helped create hundreds of new Certified Dream Managers and he has created and delivers corporate training experiences based on Matthew Kelly’s “The Culture Solution” and “Off-Balance.”

A husband and father of 7, Tony has a master’s degree in Leadership from Xavier University and is currently co-hosting the “Leading with Culture” podcast with Floyd CEO Kate Volman.
